A plush ride
As simple as pressure

Although you might not think it, tyre pressure is a form of suspension on your bike. Higher PSI (pounds per square inch – a pressure measuring metric) makes your ride slightly bumpier, while lower PSI will absorb shock from obstacles on the trails. Is your PSI correct for your bike and riding style?

Here are the factors to consider when setting up your tyre pressure on your bike:

1.  Your weight
2.  Tyre width / volume
3.  The terrain you ride
4.  Riding style
5.  Rim width

Did you know, that you get seat posts with suspension mechanisms inside them? You get elastomer (rubber) suspension, coil-spring suspension, and dropper (air) suspension seat posts. These are mostly popular on gravel bikes, but could be worth the extra cash to maximise comfort on your bike.

The right kind of pressure

Make sure that your wheels are set up correctly for you and your riding style. Something as simple as air pressure could be all you need to change to ride faster and further in comfort. Send us a booking request, and we can sort you out.
