Learning the basic bike-handling skills could make all the difference. Here are some tips to follow:
• Always look a few metres ahead of your bike, don’t look at your front wheel.
• When cornering, look out of the corner where you’re wanting to ride.
• Use both brakes equally, and try feather them gently.
