When the sun comes out late and sets early and it’s freezing outside, it’s tough to get up and ride your bike. Especially in the week. The perfect solution to keeping you fit and motivated is an indoor trainer.

There are so many options out there, from rollers, fluid trainers, magnetic trainers all the way to stationary bikes. You’ll need to match your preference with your budget, and what’s available. We’ll help you navigate the options that fit your riding style and budget.

Reap the benefits:

• Be time efficient
• Beat bad weather
• Control the winter weight

Energy in is energy out. Doing interval training on an empty stomach won’t help you reach your numbers, but most importantly, it won’t help you lose weight. If you’re doing a hard training session, you need to get your nutrition right. We’re not saying have a full English breakfast, but even a banana 40 minutes before an interval session will give you the energy you need to get you through your set. Post-ride nutrition is even more important for recovery.

With the right tools…

With the right trainer for you, you’ll save time, beat the bad weather and control your winter flab. What are you waiting for?
