All about aero
Get fitted, get fast

Getting faster and stronger on your bike isn’t all about training. The more comfortable and aero you are on your bike, the faster you’ll go.

A fitting should favour muscle groups that increase explosive (short-term) power without compromising long-term sustainable power. This can be achieved when your body is balanced and neutral on your bike.

Not only will a bike fit make you more aero and comfortable, studies show you’ll also increase your power output. Your FTP (functional threshold power) is the average number of watts you can sustain for an hour. After a fit, you can improve your FTP up to 50 watts. More watts means more power. More power means more speed.

The right fit

With a bike fit, your cycling journey is only just beginning. Reach your full potential by getting fitted.
