If the shoe fits
Put your best foot forward

One of the most common mistakes riders make, is wearing shoes that don’t fit them properly. Not only will you not pedal efficiently, but you’ll also risk injury.

No one rider is the same as another, especially when it comes to foot shape. The differences are in the width, length and arch heights. The Brannock device was designed to measure the length and width of your feet.

Cycling shoes aren’t designed to stretch or change as you “wear them in” – which makes it even more important to pick the right shoes for you. If they’re too tight, you could restrict circulation or even cause nerve damage. If they’re too big, your feet will move around, reducing pedaling efficiency and increasing risk for injury.
