Beat bike boredom
Structure for strength

How do you structure your training? Are you getting sick of doing the same ride and same route over and over?

The best way to beat bike boredom is to set goals and get a coach to guide you through the training process. Identify a race you’ve always wanted to do (or even a group ride), get a coach and let them help get you over the line with structured training.

Top tip

If you want to give intervals a bash before signing up with a coach, try this workout. It can be done out on your bike or on a trainer:

- Warm up 15 mins

- 40 seconds flat out effort

- 20 second easy pedal

- Repeat 10 times

- 15 min cool down

No matter what your goals are, a coach will transform your riding. Not only will a coach improve your power and endurance, but they’ll also help you avoid injury and burn-out. You can even get a friend to join you on your fitness journey to have a training partner and for extra motivation.

Stronger, faster, happier

Whether you want to win your first race or simply keep up with the group rides, a coach will help you do that.
