Get in the zone
The sky is the limit

Every cyclist has something they can improve. Even the pros. If there’s one thing you could be better at, what would it be?

Getting faster up a hill takes power and discipline, but where you lose the most time is on the downhills and technical sections. What's exciting about this is that there's always room for improvement. Some of the basic tips can make all the difference in the world:
1. Look at least 2 – 5 metres ahead of your bike
2. Keep  your weight evenly distributed and far back if it’s a steep descent
3. When cornering, put your outside leg right at the bottom as an anchor for when you lean to the inside.

It’s time to be honest with yourself. Ask yourself:
- Have you set achievable goals?
- Are you putting in the work?
- Do you have the tools you need?
- Are you going for regular skills coaching?
