3. A sweat towel and floor mat to protect your bike and the floor in your training space.

4. A fan to keep the cool air flowing when the going gets tough.

5. A bike cleaner to keep sweat from corroding your bike or causing bacteria on your seat.

A chest-based heart rate strap is the most accurate tool to track your heart-rate when training. It’ll help you gauge intensity, control your efforts, monitoring recovery and necessary if you have any heart condition.
